Mark Cooke

As Cavalier Futures’ Chief Operating Officer, Mark Cooke brings over 30 years of experience in executive sales and operations leadership in the consumer goods industry. He has a successful career history driving best-in-class execution, customer service, client relations and retention, revenue generation, operations efficacy, and talent management. During his 30-year career with PepsiCo in progressive regional director roles, Mark led strategic sales and operations across multiple US regions. With oversight of facilities employing over 500 associates, he owned sales execution, revenue and market share growth, process & and policy implementation, and cross-functional team leadership. Before joining Cavalier Futures, Mark served as senior national sales director with Black Rifle Coffee Company, leading the nationwide launch of the brand in grocery chain and large format accounts across the U.S. Mark grew up in Martinsville, Virginia, and graduated from Martinsville High School in 1986. As a top-ranked HS basketball player, he was recruited by UVA athletics. Mark was a two-sport athlete, playing both basketball and football at Virginia before graduating in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mark and his lovely wife Shonny met as undergraduates at UVA. They have been married for 33 years and are blessed with two children, Kai (30) and Maya (28). In his spare time, Mark enjoys working on small construction projects and loves any chance he gets to whoop Lo Davis on the golf course. But his favorite pastime is relaxing at home with his wife and kids when they visit their new home in Nelson County.
